How it works

• Before traveling from one place to another (such as walking alone at night), user activates Rave Guardian timer on their cell phone
• When user reaches destination safely, they deactivate their Rave Guardian timer and campus police are not alerted. A reminder sent before the timer expires eliminates false positive activations.
• If at any time the user hits their "panic button" or their timer expires, campus police are notified and sent critical information to help them locate the user
