Rave Alert provides an easy and effective way to send emergency notification and other important announcements via text messages, email, and/or recorded voice messages. In addition, Rave can even send alerts through digital signage, facebook integration, AIM, and any other RSS feed you're using.
How it works
- Administrator(s) enroll user community through any combination of mass upload (e.g., from ERP system), user self-registration through website, or user self-registration by sending a text message to a designated code
- Administrator(s) compose alert through easy-to-use web page or mobile device, and/or record voice alert through telephone (administrators can create and save all alert types in advance, in anticipation of common events such as weather cancellations)
- Administrator selects desired recipients (all users, or select groups)
- Administrator previews and sends alert
- Alert travels through Rave’s highly-redundant infrastructure to end users
- Users receive alert via text message, email, RSS feed and/or voice call – often within seconds of the administrator hitting “Send”
