Inside Sales Executive
JOB SUMMARY:
Rave Wireless, Inc. (www.ravewireless.com) is the leading provider of safety applications for mobile users. Rave develops, sells, and supports enterprise software applications that keep on-the-go people safe and secure. It is headquartered in Framingham, MA.
Rave is searching for a self-driven Inside Sales Executive to be responsible for the acquisition of new customers in a list-driven territory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record of having transformed outbound prospecting into revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outbound prospecting to targeted accounts through phone calls
- Phone work, web-ex demos, and proposal development on a weekly basis to build pipeline and close deals
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and basic technical demonstrations through web-ex demos
- Become thoroughly conversant in Rave's products to solve customers' needs
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to bridge customers' needs with Rave's products
- Maintain information for prospects and customers in Salesforce.com
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in software sales in a fast-growth enterprise software environment
- Strong outbound prospecting and closing skills by use of phone and web
- Self-starter who is strongly motivated and able to see things through to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to sell products through relationship-based sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Performance-driven, with an appreciation for metrics and related analyses that drive sales accountability
- Position will be measured and compensated based on new customer acquisition
